We co-create every centre with young people, building real ownership from day one.
Across 30 youth centres, this has created safe spaces for social activity and built more trusted one-to-one conversations with youth workers. Motivational messages are woven into the design, subtly reinforcing confidence and aspiration. 

Resulting in an increase in attendance and reduction of anti-social behaviour.
