Background
Serco is an international service company that improves the quality and efficiency of essential services that matter to millions of people around the world. Serco is also a top 100 FSTE company. We were really excited that such a large organisation commissioned Innersmile to design a full range of brand communication material for their new college in Derby.

Creative
We needed images that reflected the college’s vision so we organised a photoshoot of young people. The branding needed to be on par with Serco’s brand; however we were able to introduce new design devices and colour palettes. This resulted in producing 13 polices ranging from 4-40 pages housed in a ring binder, recruitment advertising, literature folders, learning plans for young people, and leaflets aimed at young people and parents.
