Background
Quit Because is QUIT’s youth service, which helps young people make informed choices about tobacco use and provides practical, tailored support and advice to those who want to stop smoking.

Creative
Quit Because wanted a communication vehicle aimed at informing young people about the effects smoking has on their lungs and wanted a creative interactive solution to engage the target audience. We designed and printed a highly creative yet informative activity book, incorporating pop up pages, 3D images and comic book style cartoons that express real life smoking stories. All of these interactive aspects aim to make young people aware of the damage smoking has on their lungs, helping them make their own educated choices about tobacco use. Five thousand of the ‘Inhale This!’ activity books have been distributed in London and provided free of charge in schools.
