Key features:
+ The ground floor is split across two sections; one for education with computers and the other for social activities that has a stage for bands to perform.
+ For the social area, the walls are covered in graphics printed on plywood and perspex.
+ Walls for the educational side are covered with cork tiles artificial grass that also features a 42” television. As well as all this, the desk counter was sprayed black and finished with hig gloss perspex and white vinyls applied.
+ Graphics, consisting of bright shapes, added to the outside window to attract young people and intrigue them. In addition to this, the main signage was designed in the style of an old cinema.
+ Basement transformed into an exhibition of music, dating from the 1950’s to the present day. Popular albums and artists selected and displayed alongside band information.
+ Basement also includes a media suite housing Apple Macs, which we payed homage to by designing five posters presenting how it all started.
