Innersmile is a youth communications agency that connects teens & young adults to brands through intuitive thinking and innovative design.
Were a small team of ideas led designers based in Leicester enjoying working across many design disciplines. Based in a creative hub we are able to collaborate with like minded creative people that bring their specialist skills to a project.
We believe it is intrinsic that our clients feel part of our team, by bringing with them expertise of their business and fused with our creative ideas, together we create great results.

The Youth Market
Attempting to gain the attention of the fickle youth market has now become increasingly difficult, as youth culture has embraced new values and opinions. Young people now have more choice and freedom then ever, they have become more aware of the overt marketing campaigns aimed towards them, which is why a more targeted and strategic approach needs to be adopted. By consulting with young people and having the ability to recognise emerging trends, we create inspiring solutions which young people can relate to, identify and engage with.
